About Alicia Janz

Alicia Janz is a proud Erubian Islander of the Merriam Mer peoples.

Alicia has lived off-country her whole life, having grown up in the remote town of Derby, in the Kimberley.

Janz has mentored young Australian First Nations women for the past 13 years whilst also competing at an elite level in both netball and football.

Janz is passionate about sharing life lessons through telling her story.

Talking about the importance of resilience not only through school, sport & work but the challenges and responsibilities that come with being a First Nations person.
