Australian Winter Olympic Team Chef de Mission 2026, Alisa Camplin AM OLY is an Olympic champion, company director and high-performance consultant who helps people and organisations achieve repeatable success under pressure.

Best known for winning Australia’s first Winter Olympic gold medal in freestyle aerial skiing, Alisa reached the podium within eight years of first seeing snow through clear vision, adaptability and disciplined execution.

She later built a sixteen-year executive career with IBM and now serves as a non-executive director across sport and public sectors.
