About Brenton Ragless

For Brenton Ragless, the saying about being able to ‘talk under water’ couldn’t ring more true. He owes his career in professional speaking to a childhood of early, sleep-dust mornings staring at a long black line in the pool

Brenton was a competition swimmer for ten years from the age of nine. At age 14, a serious hip injury had him out of the water for six weeks. So, instead of competing, he joined his mum poolside to announce the competitors behind the blocks. Brenton discovered a passion that would see him present to audiences in the thousands.

Today, Brenton is the full-time weather presenter on Channel Nine Adelaide – the result of pursuing another childhood interest with the fire service.

Brenton Ragless is an enthusiastic host and storyteller who combines professionalism with spontaneity to engage audiences of all ages.
