About Paul Roos

Paul Roos has had an outstanding career in the AFL as both a player and as a coach.

When Paul started out as a young footballer in the early 80s he had no idea how long it would last and more importantly where it would lead.

The lessons he has learnt from playing football in a part time environment to the transition to AFL football today were invaluable. Those skills helped Paul in his coaching life.

The Sydney swans gave Paul Roos the opportunity to test his leadership beliefs. By setting a clear set of behaviors and empowering the players it was a leap of faith. As we now know it worked.

Taking those skills to the Melbourne football club they collectively transformed an organization that was on its knees to a respected profitable winning team.

Paul Roos has a passion for leadership and wants to share that passion. He is clear on what works and what doesn't and all those experiences have led Paul roos to where he is today.
