From multiple Antarctic expeditions to offshore oil platforms in Libya, from scaling Himalayan peaks to crossing the Kokoda Track five times, Tim has led and coached teams where clarity, trust and communication are not nice-to-haves — they are survival imperatives.

He is a leadership specialist, executive coach, and founder of Qurios, with 25 years of experience leading teams in extreme environments—from Antarctica and offshore oil rigs to corporate companies.

Holding a Master’s in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, Tim works with senior leaders across energy, defence, and corporate sectors to build trust, improve high-pressure decision-making, and drive team performance.
