After breaking his neck in a motorbike accident at 19, Charles Brice was forced to give up his dream of becoming a pilot.

While still in rehab, he pivoted to journalism and became the country’s first television news presenter who uses a wheelchair.

A passionate hand cyclist, Charles has won six national titles and is training to become the first person to hand cycle from Perth to Sydney.

Undeterred by past setbacks, he’s now pursuing his recreational pilot’s license - proving that determination, resilience, and ambition can redefine what’s possible, both on the ground and in the sky.
