Matt Hughes helps leaders and teams sustain high performance when pressure is high and change is constant.

Before founding Ripen, Matt worked across corporate finance, strategy, and management consulting on three continents. But after experiencing a series of personal and professional setbacks, including the loss of a close loved one to cancer, he discovered a gap no qualification had prepared him for: the real-world ability to thrive through adversity.

That experience shaped his life’s work. Matt went on to study psychology with a specialisation in human resilience and endurance, alongside executive studies in lifestyle medicine and wellness coaching through Harvard Medical School.
